Courage And Committment

COURAGE + COMMITMENT

I am a 45 year old women that has worked out in some form and with some consistency since High School. I recently noticed that my everyday tasks (grocery shopping, moving boxes, full laundry baskets, gardening) were becoming more burdensome than in the past. Apparently, my yoga and Pilates were not adequate to maintain my youthful strength and energy levels. I joined LTs Primal Fitness less than 2 months ago and can now complete all daily tasks with ease and energy to spare. The time efficient workouts(usually finished in less than 45 minutes) are now a part of not only my daily routine, but my husband's (47 yrs and no consistent physical activity for the past 7 years) and my 17 yr old daughter (High School Athlete and College Athlete Hopeful). Being able to accomplish these challenging workouts and cheer each other on has been an added benefit of working with LT. I would recommend LT's Primal Fitness training to all ages and fitness levels. You will see immediate improvement in your body, stamina and overall fitness.
